Provides advanced knowledge of materials commonly used in a dental practice, including their physical, chemical, and manipulative characteristics. The laboratory portion ( DENT 120L ) offers experience in the use and application of different types of instruments, equipment, and materials used in dentistry. PREREQ: DENT 100 , DENT 102 , DENT 107 , DENT 107L , DENT 108 , DENT 115L , DENT 151 , and DENT 152 with a grade of C or higher. PRE/COREQ: DENT 105 , DENT 106 , DENT 120L , DENT 153 , and DENT 154 .
