ECED 257 — Infant and Toddler Care and Education (4 Credits, Spring)

Care and education of children from birth to age three in group settings. Emphasis on supporting the unique needs of very young children and their parents, developing appropriate policies, procedures, environments, and activities. Includes supervised fieldwork. PREREQ: ECED 100 and PERM/INST. (2 lecture hours, 4 lab hours, 4 credits)
