ECED 290 — Early Childhood Education Capstone (1 Credit, Fall/Spring)

This course focuses on advocacy and professionalism in the early childhood education field. Students will learn about professional organizations and networking and refine their reflective practice. This capstone should be completed during a student's final semester and requires passing the NOCTI Early Childhood-Advanced exam with a score of 70 or above. PREREQ: ECED 100 , ECED 101 , ECED 105 , ECED 105L , ECED 106 , ECED 106L , ECED 141 , ECED 171 , ECED 173 , ECED 184 , and PERM/INST. PRE/COREQ: ECED 232 or EDUC 220 ; and ECED 202 , ECED 203L , ECED 220 , and ECED 257 . (1 lecture hours, 0 lab hours, 1 credits)
