BIOL 2124 — General Microbiology

Introductory majors course in microbiology with a minimum of three clock hours of laboratory per week. Minimum of four semester hours (lecture plus lab) credit. A survey of viruses, bacteria, algae, fungi, and protozoa with the emphasis on morphology, methods, metabolism, genetics, life histories, and control.

Prerequisites: BIOL 1114
