COMS 2233 — Network Operating Systems I
The students will utilize a Microsoft Windows based operating system to create and to manage a local area network. Topics to be covered include creating and administering user and group accounts, managing network resources and administering permissions for files and folders, setting up and administering the printing environment, using the auditing functions, backing up and restoring files and folders. This course is designed to prepare students for the Microsoft Certified Professional examination.
