AST103 — Introductory Astronomy: The Solar System

Description A survey course at the beginning level which discusses the nearby objects of our solar system, the formation and evolution of planetary bodies and the exploration of space. A minimum of mathematics is required, in the tradition of the amateur astronomer. Recommended for non-science majors. Student Learning
