Description This course provides business students a survey of the principal areas of business law. It explores the relationship between business and the law with respect to the following topics: torts, crimes, intellectual property, and contracts. Students also explore the relationship between business and the law with respect to constitutional law. Students gain a working knowledge of practical rules of law and legal terminology as well as legal solutions for business-related issues. Student Learning
