FAB295 — Work Experience in Food Service
Description In addition to academic requirements, the accreditation commissions for the Department of Hospitality Management require students to work for at least 200 hours in a verified program/degree related position prior to graduation. This work experience will be measured qualitatively as well as quantitatively as determined by the program director and faculty. Student Learning
