FAB401 — Food Service Operations Law
Description Laws affecting the operation of a food service establishment will be explored. Topics will include contracts, legal operating structures, business licenses, regulations, legal obligations to a guest, liability, insurance, risk management, trademarks, copyrights and tax law. Case studies will demonstrate how laws are currently applied. Student Learning
