Description This course provides the aspiring Maintenance Engineer, prospective Chief Engineer, or current Chief Engineer, the necessary administrative and personnel skills to handle the daily operational and leadership challenges associated with the position and title of a Chief Engineer. Topics discussed will include budget preparation, planning, time management, scheduling and record keeping. Student Learning
