READ135 — College Reading Strategies
Description Improvement of reading comprehension, critical thinking skills, vocabulary, reading rate, and study-reading techniques through reading and analyzing a variety of texts, including college level texts and textbook selections from various areas. Note: May be taken in lieu of the reading portion of the PPST exam by a license holder who has failed the PPST reading portion at least once when a grade of B is obtained at the conclusion of the course.
