MUSI 115 — Music Appreciation
is an introduction to representative music masterpieces through perceptive listening. Emphasis is placed on the elements of music, various musical forms and periods, and great composers and performers. Critical thinking, investigation, and reflection are vital learning processes engaged in this course, especially through various listening and writing assignments.
