SLPA 205 — Speech Sound Disorder & Treatment

This course offers an examination of the potential etiologies and characteristics of articulation and phonological disorders with an emphasis on intervention strategies and explores sequence and timing of speech sound acquisition. It also addresses differences between articulation and phonological disorders in terms of nature and treatment. It includes an introduction to oral motor exercises.

Prerequisites: SLPA 101, SLPA 102
