CHM 240 — Organic Chemistry I

This course is a study of the molecular structure, bonding, nomenclature, properties, reactions, stereochemistry, and spectrometric analysis of alkanes, cycloalkanes, alkenes, dienes, alkynes, alkyl halides, and aromatic hydrocarbons. The laboratory consists of isolation, purification, synthesis, and analysis techniques related to the above.
