MGT 230 — Project Management

This course introduces project management and its practical applications. The course focuses on the skills necessary to initiate, plan, execute, control, and close small, medium, and large projects. The course combines theory, techniques, and applications of the subject material using a project management software application program.

Prerequisites: ENG 102, MAT 152, MGT 212, OAT 152
