PEAC1273 — Weight Training and Conditioning I

Add to Custom Catalog A basic strength training program designed for students interested in developing muscular strength and size. An individualized weight program will be developed for each student in accordance with his/her goal. Students will meet in the Fitness Center, and under the supervision and direction of an instructor, proceed through their individualized programs. Course Note: Concurrent enrollment in PEAC 1032 or PEAC 1033 is not allowed.
