VTTK1520 — Clinical Techniques II
Add to Custom Catalog Course lecture and laboratory sessions are designed for those students interested in learning elementary veterinary techniques associated with inventory management, pharmacology, urinalysis, hematology, parasitology, and diagnostic imaging. Laboratory sessions include practical application of clinical techniques commonly performed by veterinary aides in the treatment of animals. Students are required to complete a 60-hour externship in a veterinary clinic. Course Note: This course is required for the Veterinary Aide Certificate Program. This course requires a prescreen background check and a rabies vaccination series to be completed previously or at the same time as this course. Course Fees: $75
