CO 275 - Site Estimating CO 275 - Site Estimating This is a course studying various types of estimates with approximate and exact methods of quantity takeoff, methods of arriving at lump sum and unit prices, and methods of itemizing preliminary and final estimates. These methods are applied to selected problems taken from various residential and commercial site work outside the building footprint. Spreadsheets are used for recapitulation.
