For today’s computer technician, the need for understanding both hardware and software is of paramount importance. The use of computer programs to design circuits, compile reports, develop presentations, and create and keep records is an everyday necessity. Lessons will include how to log on to the college network, use e-mail, use the Internet to look up reference material, and make presentations to the class. Programs will include Multisim™ Circuit Design, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation programs. Projects and presentations will be assigned to provide the student with hands-on experience.
