EL 158 - Electrical Circuits II EL 158 - Electrical Circuits II This course will provide theoretical background in the following topics: distribution of voltage and current in series/parallel DC networks; advanced methods of circuit analysis for DC circuits such as source conversion, superposition, and Thevenin theorem; alternating current and voltage; sine waveform and values; capacitors or inductors in DC/AC circuits, energy storage and time constant; phase relationship; complex numbers; polar/rectangular conversions; vector representation; and alternating current RL, RC, and RLC series circuits.
