EN 112 - Literary Theory & Composition EN 112 - Literary Theory & Composition A course designed to further develop students’ critical thinking and advanced writing skills through the study of three genres of fiction (poetry, prose, drama) and intensive literary theory. Students will study a selection of works and approach them through various schools of critical thought/literary theories such as Marxist, Feminist, and Psychoanalytic theory. Several essays and a research project will be required. Fulfills the following SUNY General Education categories: The Arts and Humanities Course
