EN 293 - English Program Capstone EN 293 - English Program Capstone This is a course to be taken in the final semester of the English degree program, only if the student chooses not to opt for the Internship at that time. It is intended to allow students to apply the skills and knowledge gained from previous courses, and apply them in an original and scholarly way to a research project, with an oral component. Students will develop the project throughout the semester, focusing on research techniques, literary theory, and the application of literary analysis and criticism to a genre, major author, or major work. Fulfills the following SUNY General Education categories: The Arts and Humanities Course
