PA 230 - Paralegal Seminar PA 230 - Paralegal Seminar This course serves as the vehicle for demonstrating the practical use and application of the substantive knowledge and procedural skills required through the other courses in the curriculum. In addition to a unit on legal ethics and practice, the emphasis will be on legal research, preparation of legal memoranda, drafting of instruments and pleadings, interviewing, and case investigation. Students have the opportunity to participate in an internship to gain practical experience of law in action. Course
