PE 104 - Outdoor/Adventure Education PE 104 - Outdoor/Adventure Education This course is designed to develop and enhance the student’s skill level in the outdoors, while also encouraging the student to develop an understanding of a wide variety of outdoor activities. Canoeing, orienteering, rock climbing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, knot tying, hiking, trip planning, cooking, storytelling, skits, songs, fire building, gear evaluation and selection, and more could be included (weather and season permitting). This course requires students to attend off-campus field experiences outside of class time. A schedule of the field experiences will be provided in the first week of class. Course
