PE 207 - Aerobics PE 207 - Aerobics An introductory class designed to teach students the basic knowledge of aerobics. Students will engage in aerobic dance which gives the body a total fitness workout including cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance, and flexibility. Areas to be covered include safety guidelines, fitness training principles, and a variety of training methods for aerobic fitness. Students should develop an appreciation for fitness and have adequate information to form a base for starting and continuing a lifetime fitness program. Course
