Adaptations of body systems to physical activity such as cardiovascular, respiratory, neuromuscular, metabolic, hormonal, etc. will be studied. In addition, the effects of physical activity will be examined considering different work intensities, gender, age, environmental conditions, etc. Students will study the foundations for exercise physiology and the contributions of research to the discipline.
