AAS Middle Management
The purposes of the AAS degree program in middle management are 1) to train students for full-time employment in supervisory positions upon graduation; 2) to upgrade the training, through a degree program, for personnel already involved in supervisory positions; 3) and/or to pro- vide additional training in specific areas as needed for those already employed in middle management.
