FSE 221 — Funeral Service Capstone
This course provides an overview and review of funeral service arts and sciences concepts, theories, practices, and laws. Topics include funeral directing, merchandising, management, law, ethics, communication, sociological/psychological aspects, final dispositions, sciences relating to funeral service including anatomy, chemistry, microbiology, pathology, and restorative arts. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate knowledge of the topics covered within the National Board Arts and Science examinations.
Prerequisites: FSE-114, FSE-120, FSE-212, FSE-216
