Allied Health - Certificate of Achievement
Choose from Pre-Dental Hygiene, Pre-Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Pre-Registered Nursing, Pre-Respiratory Therapy, Pre-Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Pre-Radiologic Technician. NOTE: Any students interested in Physical Therapy should refer to the Kinesiology section of this catalog. A common core of courses provides a foundation in broad range of subjects while the specific pathways provide an opportunity to focus on a specific Allied Health career and degree. Students earning this certificate will be prepared to satisfy the pre-requisite course requirements for admission to a variety of California Community Colleges, California State Universities, and private colleges in 73 undergraduate programs such as Registered Nursing (ADN or BSN), Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Respiratory Care, Radiologic Technology, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Dental Hygiene.
