Ecosystem Restoration and Applied Fire Management - B.S. It also provides a course of study that prepares students for transfer to a four-year college or university. The curriculum is designed to help students develop business knowledge and managerial skills beneficial to them and meaningful to employers. The curriculum of introductory courses covers all of the major areas in business study. Students will also gain applied training in 5) prescribed fire and fuels management techniques and receive National Wildfire Coordination Group (NWCG) certifications that are essential in this workforce.
