Physical Science - A.S.
Total: 15.0-17.0 The Associate of Science Degree in Physical Science offers a flexible, broad-based, and interdisciplinary approach directed toward and understanding of our physical world. Students who contemplate transfer to a university Bachelor of Science program and who envision themselves a teacher or professional in the sciences will find the Physical Science Degree especially valuable. Beyond the required core courses, the degree program offers students a choice of two options designed to emphasize a student’s particular interest and transfer desires: 1) a chemistry foundation, or 2) a physics foundation.
