EDU-200 — Foundations of American Education

This course is a study of the historical, philosophical, social and cultural forces on education in America. Students will use foundational analysis to problem solve within the field of education. This is the first course for students who are interested in teaching as a career. Students will explore a variety of teaching settings and best practices.

Prerequisites: EDU-101, FYS-135, HPE-187
