ARTZ231F — Ceramics I
This is an introductory ceramics course which will include the history, development, and aesthetics of ceramic vessels and sculpture. Students will learn basic technical aspects of building clay, working with glazes, and the firing of ceramic objects. Emphasis will be placed on problem solving and the development of ideas. (Fall and Spring Semesters) Course Learning
