EDU231 — Literature and Literacy for Children

This course consists of a survey of children’s books with an emphasis on their use in the K-8 classroom. The history and current genres of children’s literature will also be covered. Students will become aware of selection criteria, award-winning books, and strategies for sharing books with students. (Spring Semester) Course Learning
