Introduces students to the sciences and technologies used to investigate spatial questions. Particular attention is given to biogeography such as ecological processes on a landscape scale. Though the primary focus is on biogeography examples may also be drawn from a variety of other fields, such as physical processes, cultural geography, criminology, marketing, epidemiology and political concerns.
