ITS221 — Project Management
The purpose of this course is to provide students with the tools to successfully manage a web site project. Topics covered include managing a project’s scope, cost, quality, and risk. Focus is on initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects. Software tools available to manage and report on the project’s progress will also be explored.
