ECED 105 — Introduction to Early Childhood Education
(formerly ECD 101) Examines conceptual framework for understanding the role of the early childhood education professional. Content focuses on the profession of early childhood education in the context of historical, philosophical, and social influences. Reviews contemporary trends, issues, and practices in the field of early childhood education. Fifteen hours of documented observation are required.
