(formerly EM 125) Introduces the fundamentals of comprehensive emergency management coordination efforts. Surveys means of networking resources and capabilities from multiple levels and types of organizations to support effective all-hazard response. Explores national response coordination and organization systems, the role of public information within them, and the impact of evolving technologies on all stages of the process.
