EMGT 221 — Public Safety Leadership and Ethics

(formerly EM 221) Provides the student with understanding of leadership theories, skills, and techniques for application in public safety. Introduces the concept of effective leadership in public safety by identifying leadership models utilized in management throughout the lifecycle of incidents, and evaluating current public safety leaders.
