EMGT 235 — Recovery, Assessment, and Exercise
(formerly EM 235) Exposes students to the fundamental concepts and frameworks of a post-emergency recovery effort, and methods for enhancing and refining such efforts. Explores the types of exercises, the exercise cycle, and their role during and in preparation for real response and recovery events. Discusses optimization of resource availability and distribution in recovery, including methods of incorporating partner entities in the private and nonprofit sectors.
