FEMA 161 — Emergency Operation Center (EOC)

(formerly FEM 161) Introduces the role, design, and functions of Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs) and their relationships to other components of a multi-agency coordination system. Discusses effective staffing, organization, and activation practices. Prepares students to set EOC priorities and make necessary operational decisions during EOC activation, incident response, and incident support.
