INTP 114 — Consecutive Interpreting
(formerly ITR 114) Develops consecutive interpreting skills and prepares students for the simultaneous interpreting process. Students will compare ASL and English semantic/syntactic structures to the consecutive interpreting process. Focus in the course will be on source and target text analysis, vocabulary expansion, and interpreting process skill development.
