INTP 212 — ASL to English Interpreting I

(formerly ITR 212) Focuses on the process of interpretation, provides practice of requisite skills and process tasks and applies skills and interpreting theory to the translation process. The course of study focuses on lexical development, syntactical language comparisons, voice production techniques, text/discourse/interpreting process analysis, semantic mapping, and diagnostic assessment.
