Electricity related to residential and light commercial applications, to include common electrical components, alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) circuits, and electrical safety. Provides an introduction to reading, interpreting, and creating wiring diagrams and the application of electrical power. Operation and use of specific meters, tools, and an introduction to the National Electrical Code (NEC). Prerequisites: None.
