Interpretation of electrocardiograms (ECG) dysrhythmias. Performance of defibrillation and synchronized cardioversion in simulated situations. Procedure followed during cardiovascular collapse in the pediatric patient. Special resuscitation techniques for pediatric patients. Current American Heart Association validation in pediatric advanced life support (PALS).
