AAS Middle Management
The purposes of the AAS degree program in middle management are 1)to train students for full-time employment in supervisory positions upon graduation: 2)to upgrade the training, through a degree program, for personnel already involved in supervisory positions: 3)and/or to provide additional training in specific areas as needed for those already employed in middle management.
