COMX 106 — Communicating in a Dynamic Workplace
This course prepares students with the communication skills needed to obtain and be successful in a professional position, particularly in vocational and technical fields. Students will study various elements of interpersonal communication in the workplace, including listening, conflict management, decision making, and customer service. Students will also practice written and oral communication skills that promote success in the workplace.
