CSM 2 — CUNY Start Math - Statistics
This course emphasizes conceptual understanding through in-depth study of quantitative reasoning topics including understanding ratios, fractions, and percent, representing data in a few kinds of graphs, summarizing and describing data distributions, and working with signed numbers and linear functions. Students are given the opportunity to practice thinking like data scientists, writing about rich problems, and explaining their reasoning to classmates as they make meaningful new discoveries about math.
