This course presents a comprehensive study of hospital-wide clinical quality assessment, utilization management, risk management, performance improvement, and healthcare statistics. Topics include the organization bylaws,committees and credentialing of the medical staff as well as the clinical quality assessment, utilization management and risk management process. The course will also focus on the principles and concepts of performance improvement and the statistical tools and techniques used for outcome analysis.
