EN 228 - Interpersonal Communication EN 228 - Interpersonal Communication Credit Hour(s): 3 ( 3 , 0 ) This course is designed to increase effective and appropriate interpersonal communication in various relational, social and cultural contexts through research, discussion, performance and observation of skills in listening and responding, stress management, and responses to conflict. An emphasis will be on self-concept and perceptions of others in developing verbal and non-verbal skills grounded in informed study of communication strategies and theories.
